Jérôme Lhost is a dedicated Senior Consultant based in the Geneva area, working internationally with both the Private and the Public Sectors, delivering a comprehensive range of training and coaching services. Jérôme attended the university of Savoie where he studied Public Administration & Economics (AES). He later specialized in Marketing at the Plus-Values Institute in Paris. Jérôme is a: –Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Coach -UN-certified Coach and Trainer -Synaps-certified Coach and Trainer –LSA (Leadership Style Analysis) Coach -Train-the-Trainer Specialist Since 1998, he has delivered numerous presentations (on Leadership, Competencies Management, Sales Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Corporate Identity & Values, Post-mergers integration, Change Management, Persuasive Presentations) as well as Motivational Speeches (HEC Geneva, EPFL Chair of Entrepreneurship, Nestlé, Association pour le Progrès du Management and the Swiss-French Chamber of Commerce) Prior to establishing himself as an Independent Consultant in 2009, and before founding The November Company in 2011, Jérôme had been active for thirteen (13) years with Dynargie Switzerland SA (International Training & Consulting group). He acted in his capacity as the European Board Member and the Country Manager of both Switzerland and Russia. Jérôme has lead more than 40 large-scale international projects in over 40 different countries, related to:

As a training and coaching consultant, he draws upon management and sales experience gained over a period of nine (9) years in B2B and B2C Companies, such as Berlitz International and Manpower. He is the Founder and General Manager of The November Company and co-founder of Axis Mundi. Switzerland, an international Training & Consulting Group.

Ecaterina Cojuhari

Ecaterina Cojuhari was educated in Moldova, then graduated from the Brussels Academy (IHECS) and the Geneva Diplomatic School. In 20 years devoted to journalism, she wrote many articles, scripts for author’s television programs and documentaries, films in which she acted as a host.

Ecaterina Cojuhari studied Switzerland from the inside and, in 2022 presented the book “Building Peace: Moldova-Switzerland” at the Geneva Center for Security Policy, focusing on the peacekeeping role of both countries associated with their neutral status.

Having gained tremendous experience in various media, different formats and countries, Ecaterina Cojuhari is ready now to apply her knowledge and experience in providing media services:

  • Conducting media training for individuals and companies on how to work with journalists for effective media coverage.
  • Writing articles, reviews and analytical reports, scripts for documentaries, and producing documentaries, projects, and video reports.
  • Organization of press conferences, presentations, receptions and holding PR campaigns.
